Samsung has finally unveiled the new Galaxy S25 FE today, positioning it as the affordable yet capable sibling in the Galaxy S25 series. It sits just below the premium S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra, offering flagship design traits without the flagship price tag.

Priced from $649.99 for the 128GB/8GB model, the S25 FE brings several welcome upgrades. It features a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection. At just 7.4 mm thick and weighing 190 g, its design rivals the feel of more expensive Galaxy models.

Under the hood is the Exynos 2400 chip paired with 8GB RAM and storage options up to 512GB. It includes a 4,900 mAh battery, with support for 45W wired and 15W wireless charging, and is rated IP68 for resistance against dust and water.

Samsung has built in AI-driven features to appeal to younger users focused on creative tools like Instant Slow Motion, Generative Edit, and Audio Eraser. The phone ships with Android 16 and One UI 8, along with a promise of seven years of software and security support, a rare commitment in today’s market.

The camera setup remains familiar: a 50MP main lens, 12MP ultrawide, and 8MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom, plus a 12MP front camera. It’s capable of shooting in 8K at 30fps.

The Galaxy S25 FE is available in White, Navy, Jet Black, and Icy Blue. Samsung will soon share global availability details, including price for India.
